Shippping:
• Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM China CT (China Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. juxuanhu will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock . Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
• Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on juxuanhu, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will inform you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
• Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by juxuanhu within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
